The weather went crazy over Xmas and resorts such as Tignes now have days of blue sky and powder ahead of them  If you are going away a ski trip this year make sure you are prepared  Its crazy to think you can get away with doing nothing all year and then expect to ski 6 days in a row  Keep an eye out in my blog for some great exercises to get you prepared at home</description>

<description>EDINBURGH MARATHON 3 hours 56 minutes 8 seconds  Thats 8 seconds faster than in 2009  I had to sprint to beat it though  Tough conditions over the last 8 miles with gusty wind and rain so overall not too disappointed.  Met loads of nice people and the support on the day was great  Thank you to everyone who sponsored me.  Im thinking about New York next year</description>
