What works for one client is not neccessarily what works for everyone!  Some people have goals based on aesthetics, "how they want to look", and others on achievement ,"I want to run 10km in under an hour".  While many others simply realise that they want to improve their health and lifestyle habits and need a bit of help along the way.

Whichever catagory you fit in to I have the tools to help you.  I do not believe in the "no pain, no gain" style of training but I do believe you get out what you put in and clients who come to me with a detertmination and ambition to succeed, will find a friend whom they can rely on to work as hard for them as they do themselves, with my help and motivation reaching their own personal targets should become that bit easier!
