TRX Training System
The TRX Suspension Training system is a versatile piece of exercise equipment that can be taken anywhere indoor or outside. It is suitable for all fitness levels as there are hundreds of exercises that can be adapted to each individual. It works by utilizing your own body weight as resistance and as all exercises target multiple muscle groups at once it gives you an amazing functional workout that improves, strength and core stability, and gives balanced muscular development. Combined with other equipment such as Kettlebells and Resistance Bands I bring all the equipment needed to create great training programs that work.
Convenient Locations
I am based in East Kilbride and I cover a wide area from Glasgow South Side to South Lanarkshire. All Local Locations will be considered. I can work within minimal space and all workouts can be adapted for indoor and outdoor locations. If you're busy with work and family life then getting to the gym can be stressful! Bringing the gym to you allows you more time for the important things in life!
Personal Training
We can all struggle with motivation to get down the gym now and again. With mobile Personal Training the beauty is that I can come to you with all the equipment needed. Personal Training is the most effective way to see results no matter what your goals are and keeps your training fresh. All training programs are tailored for each individual client and I offer continual support and advice in all aspects of exercise and nutrition.
Group Training
Group Training has grown in popularity over recent years with the introduction of Outdoor Bootcamps. I never train more than 8 people in a group as I believe it is important to maintain the element of one-to-one instruction that can be lost in large groups with de-conditioned clients. Group Training offers a great value for money option for clients who still want a program tailored to their needs.
